OBESITY,IS REAL SO BEWARE.

HELLO FRIENDS, how are you today? Let me wish you and members of your family a merry xmas. Weight watchers, as we are preparing for this season, keep in mind your target, do not overeat, and only eat healthy foods. FRIENDS, this yuletide season a lot of cakes, jellies. sweets will be on display, do not eat them instead, go for vegetables, take them raw or mixed to make salad, this is for your own good.OBESITY, WHAT IS THIS? this is a state of gross over weight, yes massive overweight resulting from massive intake of fatty, sugary , fried and over spiced foods, this is also coupled with an in active lifestyle. OBESITY, I decided to talk about it today because of the season, there is an increase in the number of obese cases, as many more people are eating wrongly and do not exercise. , obesity has other related signs such as several back ache, shortness of breath, tiredness and swelling of legs ,to mention just a few. FRIENDS, what are you to eat ? go veggy and fruity, thats your portion, but you can play around with this to make delicious meals. FOODS TO AVOID NOW, a) CAKES b) jellies c)icecream d)fizzy drinks e)burgers f), butters, ham , generally ,fish is permitted. DINNER.

hello friends, how is the weight loss program coming along?hey, for sometime now i have been talking about how a normal eating plan should be, its just an overview, tomorrow, i will start with the way to go. dinner, dinner and dinner, is it important or not?. dinner, has been debated on severely, and everybody coming up with different ideas, oh, eat inner, no dont eat dinner, but my views have been proven and tested so listen up, dinner is important do not skip it , if you do your sleep will be disturbed, you will turn and toss all night, your stomach acid will not have any food to breakdown hence it will work on your stomach walls ,this will lead to ulcer overtime, so trust my view i am an expert. dinner should be very light, dont overload your system because, when you are sleeping, your digestion is slowed, so watch out dont overeat, so thatyou dont wake up with heartburn. dinner or brunch, make sure you eat early, donot eat after 5pm,normally, i suggest a glass of skimmed milk with some crackers or a glass of orange juice with some crackers, this will keep you through the night so that you dont wake up feeling hungry ,which may make you increase your food the next morning and this will only add to your weight, which means you have crashed out, so stay in the race to a slimmer you. here is to your health.

lunch

hello weight watchers,its lunch time,and this is what we are allowed to eat. lunch, yea, allowed to eat. lunch time just like any other meal time should be fun so play around with your meals. lunch can be fruity or otherwise, fruity; 1) take two apples, 4carrots and 2 slices of papaya, cut them all up and eat them make sure you chew to them properly, then wash it all down with two glasses of water. lunch can also consists of legumes such as beans or peas, rice, pasta can also be consumed. beans is a very good source of plant protein, and it is good for muscle and tissue build up, friends i recommend beans any day, is benefits are enomorus.rice and pasta can also be consumed but in small quantites, friends what ever meal you decide to take make sure you take 3 glasses of water to aid digestion. friends this lunch is filling and i bet you wont want to take any dinner, oops! we will get to that tommorrow, but before i go let me in on a secret : to lose weight fast, get a small bowl to measure your meals,and dont gorge yourself, ont exceed your limit even with your fruits. 2) get a dress that is the size you are aiming at andmake sure you wear this especially at night , this is to motivate you and also to see how your pounds are melting away, here this is to a slimmer you.
