WHEN YOU START YOUR DAY WITH SOMETHING LIGHT, YOUR BODY HAS SOMETHING TO START THE DAY ON, TAKE A CUP OF COFFEE/ GREEN TEA AND A SLICE OF WHEAT BREAD, OR JUST TAKE SOME FRUITS, AND AT NIGHT TAKE YOUR MAJOR MEAL COUPLE WITH VEGETABLES, SO WHAT IS THE CATCH?, YOU UNDER EAT DURING THE DAY, THIS FORCES YOUR BODY TO BREAK DOWN STORED FAT FOR ENERGY, THUS YOU LOSE WEIGHT, WITH LEAN MUSCLES JUST WHAT YOU NEED, AND WHEN YOU FILL UP AT NIGHT,YOU REPLENISH, MAKING UP FOR ANY LOSS, SO YOU SEE THE INCHES DROPPING FAST, BECAUSE YOU CHALLENGE YOUR BODY IN THE COURSE OF THE DAY SO YOU LOSE WEIGHT FAST AND YOU STAY SLIM, SO EAT RIGHT.
