PROTEINS, THESE ARE BODY-BUILDING FOODS, ESSENTIAL IN THE BODY BECAUSE THEY ARE IMPORTANT FOR REPAIR. PROTEINS ARE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE DIET AND THEY PLAY A ROLE IN WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROTEINS BASICALLY AMINO ACIDS AND DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE, YOU COULD TAKE A HIGH OR LOW PROTEIN DIET , ITS UP TO YOU. PROTEINS WHERE CAN WE SOURCE THEM FROM, BEANS, PEAS, LEGUMES,GRAINS,NUTS,VEGETABLE AND FRUITS.PROTEINS CAN ALSO BE DERIVED FROM WHITE MEAT ,FISH(OILY FISH) SUCH AS MACKEREL,SARDINES,SALMON, HERRINGS AND TROUT, THESE ARE GOOD SOURCES OFOMEGA3( AN ESSENTIAL FATTY ACID) PROTEINS ARE CONSUMED ON A HIGHER LEVEL THAN CARBOHYDRATE, BASICALLY, A HIGH PROTEIN AND LOW CARBOHYDRATE DIET, IS VERY BENEFICIAL TO ACHIEVING OUR GOALS, LOSE WEIGHT. WEIGHT WATCHERS LET YOUR DIET INCLUDE PROTEINS, MOSTLY BEANS, BUT BE MODERATE EVEN IN THE INTAKE OF PROTENIOUS FOODS.
