DINNER.

hello friends, how is the weight loss program coming along?hey, for sometime now i have been talking about how a normal eating plan should be, its just an overview, tomorrow, i will start with the way to go. dinner, dinner and dinner, is it important or not?. dinner, has been debated on severely, and everybody coming up with different ideas, oh, eat inner, no dont eat dinner, but my views have been proven and tested so listen up, dinner is important do not skip it , if you do your sleep will be disturbed, you will turn and toss all night, your stomach acid will not have any food to breakdown hence it will work on your stomach walls ,this will lead to ulcer overtime, so trust my view i am an expert. dinner should be very light, dont overload your system because, when you are sleeping, your digestion is slowed, so watch out dont overeat, so thatyou dont wake up with heartburn. dinner or brunch, make sure you eat early, donot eat after 5pm,normally, i suggest a glass of skimmed milk with some crackers or a glass of orange juice with some crackers, this will keep you through the night so that you dont wake up feeling hungry ,which may make you increase your food the next morning and this will only add to your weight, which means you have crashed out, so stay in the race to a slimmer you. here is to your health.
