lunch

hello weight watchers,its lunch time,and this is what we are allowed to eat. lunch, yea, allowed to eat. lunch time just like any other meal time should be fun so play around with your meals. lunch can be fruity or otherwise, fruity; 1) take two apples, 4carrots and 2 slices of papaya, cut them all up and eat them make sure you chew to them properly, then wash it all down with two glasses of water. lunch can also consists of legumes such as beans or peas, rice, pasta can also be consumed. beans is a very good source of plant protein, and it is good for muscle and tissue build up, friends i recommend beans any day, is benefits are enomorus.rice and pasta can also be consumed but in small quantites, friends what ever meal you decide to take make sure you take 3 glasses of water to aid digestion. friends this lunch is filling and i bet you wont want to take any dinner, oops! we will get to that tommorrow, but before i go let me in on a secret : to lose weight fast, get a small bowl to measure your meals,and dont gorge yourself, ont exceed your limit even with your fruits. 2) get a dress that is the size you are aiming at andmake sure you wear this especially at night , this is to motivate you and also to see how your pounds are melting away, here this is to a slimmer you.
