Weight watchers, how far have you gone with your program? hope you can see some inches disappearing ? my friends do you know that your body has a mechanism that helps it stabilize, what our bodies do not realize is that we need it to stabilize at a much lower rate, this is the key, you need to push your body to stabilize at a much lower rate , so that we can lose our desired weight. Friends, to stabilize your body let it realize what you want , to lose weight now; to do this let your body know your goal by filling it with the proper foods and fruits and vegetables at the appropriate time. Weight watchers, what are you going to tell your body? eat right always, so what can you eat: lots of fruits and vegetables, either plain or mixed up to make salads or vegetable sauce, let me give you a sneak preview of my book , WEIGHT WATCHERS RECIPE. Today, we are going to talk about salads; lettuce, cabbage, carrot ,tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and one Irish potato . HEY, how do you mix all this?1) cut up one bunch of lettuce, half of a cabbage, two fingers of carrot, four tomatoes, two onions ,one cucumber and the Irish potato, all these must be washed before use, cut all these up and dress them up nicely, and serve it, you will enjoy the natural flavor especially the juice of the tomatoes and the aroma of the onions, the tender nature of the potato gives you a fill, thats just what your body needs.
